I was drawn in from the very beginning, and intriqued with the vivid descriptions. I really enjoyed the author's choice of words, and the way she developed the characters so quickly. I found the ending to be just right, and left me able to use my imagination to continue the story. I also hope there is a sequel! This is a real "feel good" story for the holidays.
A sweet short holiday story about loss, love, and hope set in historical Colorado.
This is an excellent very short story.
Very well written and descriptions of the characters and the scenery were well done. I think the author felt she gave enough of a background story for us to imagine what the ending would be like, but I would have liked her to continue with what started to become a very wonderful romance story. You just can't cut a reader off like that and I am left feeling as though I was swept into a very wonderful book that will never be finished. JudyE
That's it? That is where the story ends? Don't waste even a penny on this. Apparently the author got distracted or bored.
Did not get the whole book. Only 66%. Was enjoying reading the book then BANG. The end. Not fair since I payed for the book.
