Calling it a cookbook is being very generous. It's more of a 50-page manual and it didn't even include some of the traditional recipes we've eaten at the festival. The cover is very flimsy and crushed during shipping. Very disappointing and not worth the price..
The cook book was a Christmas present for my daughter who had been to Food & Wine 2013. She was so very happy with it and can't wait to try a lot of the things she ate ther.

Was very happy to be able to get this coo book since I wasn't able to when at Epcot this year.
I am being generous with this rating but it did include 2 recipes that I really wanted. It did not include several others from the festival that I assumed would be in the book. The book was cheaply made (paper) and expensive. For $35 dollars I expected a hardback book. I love Disney but this was definitely not up to their standards!
I had just gotten home from Disney, and I missed some of the great Epcot food. The book came in excellent condition and with a little thank you note. Great recipes.
I bought mine before my trip to the Food and Wine Festival. Lots of great recipes in here. I wanted to see what was available before I got there. I am so happy that the Canadian cheese soup is in this book. I love this soup and it is one of my favorites.
